Event:

A water leak from the flat above caused staining and sagging of the bathroom ceiling. The walls also contained significant moisture.
The client required a rapid drying and reinstatement program, with the deadline of a new tenant moving into the property.

Response:

AnyTime UK provided two operatives on site with all necessary equipment, to set up a drying program in the evening and at a time to suit the client.
Damage caused by the enablement works were minimised by ducting dry air behind the plasterboard walls through a small number of holes.
AnyTime UK were provided with a key for the property during the reinstatement works, demonstrating the benefits of trustworthiness and professionalism. Utmost care and attention were taken with the client’s property to leave it in pristine condition for the new tenant.
The work was completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client so that any potential disruption to the tenant was avoided.
